In the past there has been some confusion as to how our tagging system for big items works, if you still feel that you don't know how it works, please read the explanation below.
1. All the big difficult to carry items have got a double tag on them. A green tag on top showing the item description & the price & a yellow tag underneath with the word SOLD & a place for a persons name & cell number.
When the tag is like the one shown here, in other words if the green tag is still attached, it means the item is still available for purchase.
2. When the green tag has been removed and the yellow tag is showing the SOLD sign & the buyer's name & cell number then it means that the item has already been sold.
Our reason for doing it this way is because some people want to purchase the larger items but still would like to continue shopping & it would be impossible for them to carry the large item around the rest of the market with them.
By removing the green tag & keeping it with them, a person can be assured that their item will not be sold to someone else. Please be sure to write in your name & contact number, if we find an item at the end of the market with no green tag & no name/number on it we will assume it hasn't been sold!

If you remove a green tag & then later decide you not longer want the item, PLEASE give it to one of the sales staff so that we can reattach it to the item!
We have had instances where we have thought and item was sold but meanwhile the person who removed the green tag changed their mind & threw the tag away. So the item sat there for
the entire market with loads of other people wanting to buy it, but we had thought it was sold when in fact it wasn't.
