We are sisters who were born and bred in Port Elizabeth. We are both qualified IT professionals who now have the privilege of
being full-time mothers! We first had the idea about a year ago of holding a market for top-quality used baby goods after seeing
how well the concept works in Australia.
We are both mothers of small children and have recently had personal experience of the enormous costs involved with having babies
and buying all the necessary paraphernalia! The financial outlay is usually huge and so often, a lot of the clothes, toys and
furniture are hardly used at all by the time the baby has outgrown them!
Our vision is twofold : Firstly, to provide an avenue for people to be able to recoup some of their expenses by selling their
used goods and secondly, to provide a more cost effective alternative for those who need to buy baby goods.
Our markets have been so well received and we have received numerous requests to hold markets in other major cities in
South Africa. We have decided to make Baby Bargains Market a franchise and are pleased to be able to offer franchise opportunities
in all major cities.
