First Baby Bargains Market A Huge Success

Our first Baby Bargains Market was held on Saturday 01 November 2008 and we are proud to say that it was a resounding success.

The market which officially opened at 9:00am saw hundreds of eager customers starting to queue from around 08:30 and by the time the doors opened at just before 09:00 the crowd waiting anxiously to get in stretched right out into the parking area of the Port Elizabeth Riding Club. Even though we had large amounts of stock on hand, the larger items such as camp cots, prams, feeding chairs and car seats disappeared rapidly followed quickly by toys, bedding and furniture. By 11:00 most of the big ticket items were sold and the crowds began to thin. A steady flow of people continued to visit us right up until closing time at 17:00, those late comers who were disappointed that they missed the great deals earlier in the day were happy to learn that there was a new market scheduled for some time in February 2009.

There were a few larger items such as cots, compactums and beds that were not sold. These items are all brand new and have been reduced in price to sell quickly. Please contact us for more information.

We honestly did not expect such an overwhelming response to our market and we sincerely hope that despite the crowds, everyone found what they were looking for and left feeling satisfied with the Baby Bargains Market. We will certainly take your suggestions from the lucky draw box into account when planning our next market.
